Maternity Cover Assistant Registrar Vacancy

 

We are looking for an Assistant Registrar to cover a period of maternity leave, at our London head office.

 

The main purpose of this position is to provide an efficient and effective administration service in all aspects of registration and licencing.

 

Duties will include the data input and retrieval in connection with all aspects of registration and licencing, processing of track information and liaison with racetrack officials. It will also include dealing with the process involved in the change of greyhound ownership.

 

The ideal candidate will be a reliable and flexible team player with excellent interpersonal and planning, organisation and IT skills. You will also possess excellent communication and a professional telephone manner.

 

An understanding of the registration process is essential as is racing office experience. Knowledge of the Rules of Racing would be highly advantageous.

 

Salary being offered with this position is c.£26,000.00 per annum (pro rata).
