Part-time Registry Administrator (Fixed-Term)

The GBGB is currently looking for a part-time Administrator to join the busy Registry team, based at our Head Office in London. This position is being offered on a fixed term basis of six months.

Duties will include processing licenses and registrations, co-ordination of the earmarking process, performing open race trap draws, general administration duties, data input, answering telephone queries and liaising with racing offices, and providing general support to all members of the team.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable and flexible team player with excellent interpersonal and planning and organisational skills. You will also possess excellent communication and IT skills.

Previous racing office experience is preferable as is an interest in the Sport.

This position is being offered on a 25-hour week, fixed term contract for six months. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 12pm to 5pm. Please note that these hours will be regularly reviewed and depending on demand, may increase.

Salary:   Up to £16,000 per annum (based on experience and a 25-hour week)
