Latest News - Annual Veterinary Kennel Inspection Forms

Professional and greyhound trainers with kennelling facilities for more than four greyhounds are asked to arrange for their annual inspection to take place using the form below.

The completed form must be returned to the GBGB offices by the inspecting Veterinary Surgeon no later than Thursday 30th September.
Failure to arrange for this form to be completed and returned by the due date will affect your ability to renew your licence later in the year. If the form is misplaced or has not yet been received, additional copies can be obtained by calling the GBGB offices on 020 7421 3770.
You should contact your Veterinary Surgeon as soon as practicable to make an appointment and avoid missing the deadline.
A copy of the Inspection form will be kept on file at GBGB with a copy also going to your Area Stipendiary Steward for information.
