Registry Administrator (Fixed-Term)

The GBGB is currently looking for an Administrator to join the busy Registry team, based at our Head Office in Holborn.  This position is being offered on a fixed term basis approximately 6-8 months.

Duties will include processing licenses and registrations, co-ordination of the earmarking process, performing open race trap draws, general administration duties, data input, answering telephone queries and liaising with racing offices, and providing general support to all members of the team.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable and flexible team player with excellent interpersonal and planning and organisational skills.  You will also possess excellent communication and IT skills.  

Previous racing office experience is preferable but not essential, as is a knowledge of the Rules of Racing. 

Salary:    Commensurate with experience.
