Complaints

GBGB will receive complaints in confidence from anyone concerned about a possible breach of the Rules of Racing. Should you believe this to be the case, please use our online reporting form here

Alternatively, you can email complaints@gbgb.org.uk or call the GBGB Office on 020 7822 0900 or write to our postal address marked FAO Welfare & Integrity Services.

Welfare Hotline

If you are concerned about the welfare of any registered racing greyhounds, please call our confidential Welfare Hotline on 020 7822 0917. The line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You will be prompted to leave a voicemail message giving as much information as you can so that our team can investigate your concerns fully and ensure appropriate action is taken.

Veterinary Advice

For trainers, owners or vets needing guidance on greyhound health, or to report a suspicious disease, please contact either your local Stipendiary Steward or ring the GBGB Veterinary Advice Line on 020 7822 0913.

Please note that the above number is a telephone answering machine service. Messages will be picked up regularly during GBGB office hours by an appropriately qualified member of staff.

For emergency advice please contact your local veterinary surgeon.

Sudden Death Hotline

Trainers and track vets can report any sudden deaths to GBGB via our dedicated line on 020 7822 0929.
